Al-Jwad Group established before 30 years
ago as contracting company at Al-Ahsa Area. Today Al-Jawad
has 3 plants, & construction companies. All companies
are handled my head quarter at Al-Ahsa.

We did the first Implementation
for the conciliated company as a head office & the other implementations
were for Plastic Factory, Printing press, Food industrial factory,
& the construction company.
The Challenges
Al-Jawad group has an old
accounting & stock control system was developed locally at Saudi
Arabia DOS-based.
They had so many accounts & financial clerk to follow up with
their old system & they had a lot of separate and non-integrated
systems. They have been using spreadsheets & some of manual
process like the item card & the manufacturing orders.
The main problem for Al-Jawad Group was handling and organizing
the multi companies & the whole group. Also, getting the conciliated
data to take very quick decisions. As a manufacturer, Al-Jawad Group
had been interested in very accurate solution to calculate &
to handle the costing & production.
Al-Amri & Co recommended
ACCPAC Advantage to handle the financials & the distributions
operations & Al-Amri & company recommended MISYS2000 to
handle the manufacturing information. We started the implementation
at Al-Jawad Group on September 2001 at the head office in Al-Ahsa.
We implemented ACCPAC financial for the accounting department after
fully business requirement review. We implemented the inventory
control module to manage and to handle the finished items. We implemented
sales orders module & the purchasing module to handle their
sales & purchasing departments.
For the head office and to get conciliated financial statements
we recommended the inter company transactions & General ledger
Consolidation modules.
They have three deferent plants but all of them are using a process
manufacturing.
Al-Jawad group has sales local & global & they have branches
at the main cities in Saudi Arabia. The data server based at the
head quarter and the other factories & companies can access
the system through their network.
