Additionally, the applicant agrees to abide by EBTCO's Membership Agreement as well as the conditions set forth in the respective Sales Agreements. This Agreement will automatically be renewed annually unless we receive notice of cancellation in writing to the EBTCO Billing Department via postal mail at the address listed at the top of this document or via e-mail to billing@ebtco.com no less than one month prior to your renewal date. By submitting this document you are stating that you have read and agree to the respective EBTCO Program Agreements.
